  • Successsfully conducted a facilitation between management and organized labor regarding an agency's compensation, benefit and pension program

 

  • Testified as an expert witness in cases pertaining to wrongful termination, illegal harassment, race, disability and age discrimination

 

  • Steven A. Harman's expert witness testimony on behalf of a firefighter who sued for wrongful termination was instrumental in a jury verdict for the plaintiff for more than $680,000

 

  • Steve Harman served as Interim Human Resources Manager for five months for a City in the East Bay area of San Francisco
